2. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)

  • Erasure of your data stored with us (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

  • Object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR)

  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), if you believe the processing of your data violates the GDPR

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by Framer, Inc. Framer processes personal data in part outside the EU/EEA (including the USA). For such data transfers, Framer relies on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914. Details on Framer’s sub-processors can be found in the Framer Trust Center (trust.framer.com); the data processing agreement with Framer is available at framer.com/legal/data-processing-addendum.

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (server log files), typically including:

  • IP address (shortened/anonymized where technically possible)

  • Date and time of the request

  • Browser type and version, operating system

  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website).

4. Contacting Us

If you contact us via the contact form on this website or by email, the data you provide (including name, email address, message content) is stored and processed to handle your inquiry. The contact form is a native feature of our website builder, Framer; no separate third-party form tool is used.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).

5. Scheduling (“Free Intro Call”)

Scheduling currently takes place exclusively via contact (form/email, see Section 4) — no separate online booking tool (e.g. Calendly, Cal.com) is in use. Should such a tool be introduced in future, this section will be updated to include the tool’s name/provider, the provider’s location, the data transferred, and the legal basis.

6. Cookies and Analytics Tools

We use Framer’s built-in analytics feature (Framer Analytics) for anonymized traffic measurement (e.g. page views, country-level visitor origin, device used). According to Framer, Framer Analytics operates without cookies and without persistent, personally identifiable identifiers (no recognition of individual visitors across sessions); no personal data is collected or stored. For this reason, no consent via a cookie consent banner is required for this feature.

Legal basis (to the extent personal data is affected at all within the aggregated evaluation): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymized, privacy-friendly analysis of website usage).

We additionally use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (on behalf of Google LLC, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies or comparable technologies that enable analysis of the use of this website (including page views, time on page, visitor origin). The information generated may be transmitted to and processed on Google’s servers, in some cases in the USA; for this, Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V GDPR.

⚠️ Legal basis: Because Google Analytics uses cookies and enables recognition of users across sessions, prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TTDSG) is required for this under the prevailing view — not merely a legitimate interest. A cookie consent banner through which this consent could be obtained is not currently integrated on the website — this should be added promptly in order to operate Google Analytics in a legally compliant manner.

Beyond the technically necessary server log files (Section 3), Framer Analytics, and Google Analytics, no further cookies or tracking tools are currently used for analytics or marketing purposes (no Meta Pixel or similar).

7. Recipients / Processors

Your data is only transferred to third parties where necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g. hosting provider Framer), legally required, or where you have given consent. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place, or will be put in place, with all service providers who process personal data on our behalf.

8. Storage Period

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial/tax law periods for invoice data) prevent deletion.

9. No Automated Decision-Making

There is no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This privacy policy will be updated as the tools used (e.g. a future booking tool) or the legal situation change.
