Here’s my story, the way I’d actually tell it to you in person.
What I’ve built, what I’ve taught, what nearly broke me, and what I do with all of it now.
My Story
In my own words.
The chapters that shape how I coach today.
The ambitious performer
I get ambition, I am full of it — I’ve lived it…
I’ve been on founding teams (The SaaS Institute, Bloobirds), backed young companies as a business angel, and spent years as the person startups call when they need real revenue and sales strategy — 40+ of them, plus interim VP Sales roles at Sastrify, Alasco, and Nimmsta.
Along the way I ended up coaching and mentoring 250+ founders and leaders, and even teaching a bit at ESADE. So when we talk business, I’m not guessing.
Hitting rock bottom
Yes — but there was also a darker side to all of it. For over two years, I basically disappeared from my own life…
What carries me now
What actually carries me is simple: staying in my power zone…

“He brings a huge amount of experience setting up businesses, and on top of that, the emotional connection he builds — a wonderful combination. In a few words: funny, strong, emotionally vulnerable, and very practical.”
— Giorgio
